店内撮影に関する注意事項
▼撮影中、他のお客さまやスタッフが映り込まないようにご注意下さい。
▼他のお客様やスタッフの顔や名札が映り込んだ画像・動画を同意なく インターネット上にアップすることは禁じております。
もし写り込んでしまった画像・動画を活用する場合には、 モザイク処理や加工にて写り込んでいる人権のプライバシー保護を必須としております。
▼照明機材や大がかりな機材を設置しての撮影は禁止です。 自分撮りスティックや三脚を使用される場合は、安全を確保の上、周辺のお客様へ配慮、及びスタッフの営業導線を塞がないようにご留意下さい。
▼スタッフルームや店舗のバックヤード、店内機器の裏側や通信に関する掲示物など「舞台裏」にあたる場所の撮影は禁止です。
▼撮影した静止画や動画について、マスコミ等を含む第三者への販売・譲渡・転載は禁止です。
▼混雑時など、同一場所での長時間撮影はご遠慮下さい。
▼一般のお客様による施術中のライブ配信や生中継等の撮影は禁止です。
※生放送を主体とした番組撮影の場合、事前に店舗への申込が必要となります。
▼以下のような撮影やSNS投稿は禁止します。
1)公序良俗に反する、もしくはその恐れのあるもの
2)迷惑を与え、又は不利益を生じさせもしくは損害を与えるもの、又はその恐れがあると当社が判断するもの
3)知的財産権(著作権、商標権、その他)や肖像権、プライバシーを侵害するもの
4)各動画投稿サイトや各ソーシャルメディアの利用規約等に反するもの
5)その他、管理運営を妨げる等当社が不適切と判断したもの
上記に該当する場合、当社の判断により撮影の中止や、投稿の削除や公開停止を依頼する場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
Notes regarding in-store photography
▼Please avoid other customers to be in your photo/video while taking the photo/video of our shop.
▼We prohibit to post any photo/video on SNS which customers, staff members, or staff members’ name tag are taken, whether they are taken intentionally or unintentionally.
If it is necessary to post the picture/video on SNS, please process to blur those faces or those name tags taken in the picture/video before posting up on SNS.
▼We do not allow to take photo/video using any light units or other utilities which might block or interfere other customers and staff members safety in the shop.
▼We prohibit to take photo/video of the storage room, staff room, shop’s equipment, or any other transmitting information.
▼We do not allow to sell, transfer, or reprint to any other third-party members of the photo/video taken in the shop or the photo/video of our shop taken from outside.
▼Please do not take the photo/video staying at one place for long time, especially in the crowded time or crowded area.
▼We prohibit to live streaming or live broadcasting of the application.
※It is necessary to contact the shop beforehand for any kind of live stream or live broadcast program intended.
▼We prohibit to take any kind of photo/video, or to post on the SNS even if it is taken intentionally or unintentionally, of the following:
1)Any action or behavior that are or may be offensive to public order and morals.
2)Any action or behavior that our shop decided which may likely to cause annoyance, disadvantage, or damage to the shop or other customers
3)Any action or taking photo/video which will or may violate intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.), portrait rights, privacy
4)Posting any photo/video taken in our shop or any photo/video of our shop taken from outside which may or do violate the regulation of each SNS or each posting site.
5)Any other activities that our shop decided to be violating our shop operation. If our shop finds the action which violated the above conditions we will ask the person to stop taking any photo/video. Also, if our shop finds the posted picture/video on SNS or any other posting site violates above conditions, we will ask the person or party in charge to delete or abort the post of the photo/movie. Please understand.
店内拍照注意事项
▼拍摄时，请注意不要拍摄到其他客人或员工的影像。
▼未经允许，请勿在互联网上发布拍摄到的其他客人或员工面部以及名字的图像或视频。
若要使用相关的图像或视频，必须进行马赛克处理或加工以保护被拍摄人员的隐私权。
▼禁止放置照明设备或大型拍摄道具。如使用自拍杆或三脚架，请确保安全，并注意不要妨碍到其他客人，以及不要阻碍店内通路畅通。
▼禁止拍摄员工休息室、仓库、店内设施，设备的背面，通讯用相关贴示。后台管理区域全面禁止拍摄。
▼禁止将拍摄的静态图像或视频销售、转让或转载给包括媒体在内的第三方。
▼在店内高峰时段，请避免在同一位置进行长时间拍摄。
▼禁止一般客人在店内进行直播或转播等实时拍摄。
※若要进行直播拍摄，需要事先向店铺申请。
▼禁止进行以下类型的拍摄以及在社交媒体上发布：
1）违反法规，公共秩序或有可能违反上述的内容；
2）给他人带来困扰、损害他人利益，或被本公司认定可能会造上述的情况内容；
3）侵犯知识产权（包括版权、商标权等）、肖像权或隐私权的内容；
4）违反各视频平台或社交媒体使用条款；
5）其他被本公司认定为不当的内容，例如干扰本公司的管理和运营的内容。
如果发现违反上述规定，本公司会要求停止拍摄、删除或停止发布内容。感谢理解与配合。
